Good customer care My experience was really great. They really showed me that they care for their customers. They were not about putting me in a car that they wanted but My experience was really great. They really showed me that they care for their customers. They were not about putting me in a car that they wanted but one that would suit my need. The previous car was hard for me to get in and out of because of my bad knees. They not only put me in a vehicle I like but had me to get in and out several times to see how it affected my knees. I call that caring. I'm 64 years old and like feeling that I was not taken advantage of. Thank you for giving me that feeling. More

My wife and I came in to see Mr. Chauncey Lee about one of your used Tahoe's on the lot and were going to make further inquiries about it. We are in need of another vehicle and as I have over the years have grown up was familiar with the Fowler name Brand. It was at "one-time" a very respectful Name Brand but the way that you all attend to your 'potential' clients is APPALLING. We were left for a period of time and felt abandoned by Mr. Chauncey Lee and by the management and just want for you to know that my wife nor me, or any of our friends and family will be even half-way interested in doing business with you in the future! I have experience in how you all should do business as I have grown up with a father who was both a Used car and New car salesman. He "exemplified customer service" and would never have allowed for his clients to feel abandoned or disrespected in the slightest. I am still in total shock as to how we were treated!!! Believe me, we know that we do not NEED you but that you do NEED good customers like us. Too bad you lost a good opportunity to make the Fowler name a wonderful success. Sincerely, JL - OKC, OK More
Robert in finance I will never recommend no one to go there due to after have my mini van for 2 weeks today i get a call from the sales person to let me know they coul I will never recommend no one to go there due to after have my mini van for 2 weeks today i get a call from the sales person to let me know they could not get a hold of me and to tell me I need a co signer or more money down when I had been calling since the day I took home the mini van to see what was going on since they had not gave me the finance paper work and Robert would say I am working on it and that was it, this poor communication and customer service i understand the fiance is done by someone else but they should not let you take a vehicle until everything is finalize poor service!!!!! More

Dont buy a jeep!!!!!! Bought a new 2014 jeep Cherokee from this dealership in July 2014, have had it in the service department many many times with issues. It shifts very rough, you put it in drive and give it gas and it rolls backwards before it kicks into gear it dies all the time while we are driving down the road. They always tell us there is nothing showing up they "flash" the computer and tell us it is ready. This week it died on me 6 times while I was trying to get it to the dealer. They called me and told me the only thing wrong was that it needed the oil changed. The computer said there was 16% oil life left, I was told never go by the computer only go by the sticker they put in the window. If you look up this vehicle online there are many lawsuits, complaints, etc. for exactly what mine is doing. Very unsatisfied with the vehicle and the service department of this dealership! Had to give it one star or it wouldn't let me post otherwise it is 0 stars!!! More

I still ended up buying it because Fowler does have good deals. At my first oil change I made a 0800 appointment and it took 4.5 hrs. ,the second oil change dec.2015 took 5 hours after I had made a 0800 appointment also...after I got home I notice items missing out of the door bottom storage and items in the center rack...these where little items with little cost...also grease marks with small scratch on right side front finder well, I have one more free oil change left but I will take my vehicle somewhere else and pay for it...
