New Jeep Search Al, the salesman we dealt with, was very kind and very patient. He was helpful, but not overbearing. He wasn't pushy and answered? all of our question Al, the salesman we dealt with, was very kind and very patient. He was helpful, but not overbearing. He wasn't pushy and answered? all of our questions. At no time did he make us feel like he was simply there to make a sale. We left this dealership three times because we weren't? exactly certain about the vehicle we wanted. When we ultimately decided, we came back to Al to see if he could accommodate us. He could, so we bought from him. More
Horrible!!! NEVER go to this dealership. I purchased a new Chrysler 200 last year and had a horrible experience. Long story short we had a deal all settled and th NEVER go to this dealership. I purchased a new Chrysler 200 last year and had a horrible experience. Long story short we had a deal all settled and then when my husband returned to finish signing papers everything had changed and we paid twice as much for the car than we should have. I was also in a very bad place at the time. I hate to share these details but I think it should be knows how awful they are! The day we originally bought the car I was 12 weeks pregnant, in those 2 days in between before we had to go sign more paper work I had found out I was misscarrying and would have to have surgery, so when we returned to sign papers things had changed on us big time and I was so upset that they had lied and changed everything and on top of all that I was still preganant with a baby I wouldn't carry to term and they were aware of my situation. I was very emotional and crying over the whole ordeal and they were willing to do nothing to help us get out of it! That was my horrible experience with Fowler and I will NEVER do business with them again! On the other hand Patriot Chrysler Jeep and dodge in Chandler, Ok are truly amazing!! I just purchased a new Jeep from them for $224 lower than the payment I was paying on my Chrysler from Fowler. I also got a 3.4 interest rate as well as financed tag and a lifetime warranty! There customer service is excellent and they truly treated me and my husband well! I will never go anywhere else! More
Good experience Fowler website was easy to navigate. Some other dealers we checked weren't. Salesman, Chauncey, was very helpful. He knew the product. Brian, in fina Fowler website was easy to navigate. Some other dealers we checked weren't. Salesman, Chauncey, was very helpful. He knew the product. Brian, in finance was helpful in helping us decide how we wanted to go on financing and also got us the cheapest APR available. Overall was satisfied. I think all people buying a car have reservations about, "am I getting the best deal?" You never really know but we were treated well at Fowler and Chauncey is very good with people and their anxieties. We got what we wanted. Buyers remorse, yeah but that always happens when you go for large expenditure items. Satisfied! More

Customer service was great until we were negotiating the price for the take home. Apparently there are several reasons the price advertised is not the price they give you. They came up with excuse after excuse to maximize their own top dollar. We told them we would not purchase the vehicle until they got it to the advertised price, after about an hour of negotiations, the manager comes in and gives us that deal, ran out credit and then submitted our paperwork, all was good....... until we get home and read all the paperwork that was signed, they still tacked on 1,000.00 extra dollars to the price that we didn't catch while signing papers! These guys are a bunch of douchbags..... don't trust one of them. However it was still a much better experience than any other dealership I have ever been to..... they all suck deep down inside More
They truly don't care about you, they will bully you They will bully you into whatever works for them. After I was pressured into signing for a car I realized maybe I am biting off more than I can chew. They will bully you into whatever works for them. After I was pressured into signing for a car I realized maybe I am biting off more than I can chew. I come back the next day and tell them look I can't afford this car. They "talked" to the General Manager and he wouldn't cancel our contract. I asked them if I could buy something else they said "no". After 6 hours of haggling we finally wrote up another contract but it wasn't really changing anything it was just trading in my old car as well because they kept telling me "we will get this loan approved we have many lenders that we go to then you'll have both car payments so you better just trade in your car" I felt stuck and didn't want to be responsible for 3 car payments (my wife has a car too) so I agreed to sign. I didn't feel good about this, I didn't feel like they cared even though 4 different managers told me they did care. So the next day I wake up and my wife's car has been plowed into and most likely is totaled. We have to wait for the police investigation to get information so that is now another stressful thing we have to deal with and I'll probably have to get another car. I told them about this and their offer was to allow me to trade in the car I just bought for a different car that was $50 a month cheaper. But that's all they would do. They still had the option to cancel the contract. Again they just kept saying you can get this other car or we get this loan approved you aren't getting out of it. Then the General sales manager begins to tell me how I'm asking him to step up for my mistake and asking them to pay for it. He said I went through tough times and it made me stronger so you'll just have to deal with it. He had no sympathy and treated me like a dog. I understand if I couldn't afford it I shouldn't have signed but everyone makes a mistake and you would expect someone that claims they "care" to help you if they can. I even offered to pay the doc fees still if it was cancelled. They declined. They absolutely don't care about you, even if your financial situation changes overnight. More

Beware and watch out for the $599 Add-in! Not everyone will catch this! We agreed on a price in advance of the visit. The first document came back to us with a two thousand dollar error, I caught it immediately. The salesman rushed the document away, no apologies and came back with a new total which now included a fee of $399 and a fee of $599. They are fast talkers and started to explain a group of charges which include a $399 documentation fee which is standard. For the $599 fee, they rattled off floor mats, locking lug nuts, etc. No where is there a receipt provided to you to explain everything provided for $599. I believe this is commission and they are looking to see if they can get away with, which they do since there are so many positive reviews here. I was caught off guard but since my purchase was well-below invoice and Costco/USAA pricing, I let it go. If this happens to you, demand a receipt showing what is included in the $599 and ask to see the included items. More than likely you will not get these items even if you pay for them. I confronted the sales manager about how this looked like they were being dishonest and they did not budge or flinch. When we were ready to drive off and I saw the locking lug nuts and the floor mats were standard. I mentioned to the Sales person that these are standard mats that are included in the car and he rushed away quickly and brought back 2 very low budget Fowler dealer mats. So for $599, I got locking lug nuts and 2 floor mats which I will never use. After I agreed to pay the $599., which I should have just said no, we went to Finance. This should have been quick since I had a check to pay for the vehicle from my financial institution. They tried to charge me the $399 documentation fee twice. I watched the Finance guy type it into his calculator twice and after two managers later, one manager wrote all the costs down and he verified the Finance guy charged me twice. So, if you were super happy with your purchase you were overcharged in some aspect! By numbers only, we got a good price but I caught lots over charges and wasted 4 hours at the dealership! If you are not adding up your numbers yourself and relying on them to come up with the final price you are at risk to over pay. Good luck. If you still want to buy here, ask for the price in writing before you spend anytime in the dealership. More
