Pissed Off So, I'm in the market for a newer model dodge charger. I'm searching the internet and I come across this dealer on car-gurus.com. I found this charger So, I'm in the market for a newer model dodge charger. I'm searching the internet and I come across this dealer on car-gurus.com. I found this charger that they had for sale and I contact the dealer and I told them that I live a little ways away. She told me that I they would put it back for me to test drive. I head out to OKC and I told them that I'm on the way and I was told that its sitting for me in the back. So I arrive about 7:30pm and I was greeted and I told them that I'm here to test drive the 2016 dodge charger sxt. I'm kinda given the run around by asking what car was I interested in and I told the sales person (once again) that I was going to test drive a vehicle that was set aside for me. About 10 minutes goes by and I walk out to my truck and I''m called back into the dealership and she told me that about 20 minutes before I arrived, it was sold and they are already signing contracts on that specific car. (It went all over me) She keeps asking what other car I was wanting and all the run around crap. So, The sales manger Tony came out to talk to me and he really didn't apologize about the whole situation, he just suggesting other vehicles to me like the other sales person did. She told me that there was a car in loaner that was a 2017 charger and they would have to get a hold of the client on Monday. ( mind you, this is on Saturday) I told her that I didn't want my credit ran until I find something that I want. So I leave empty handed, hurt, and furious that I spent around 100 dollars in fuel for nothing. So today, I get messages about the car and the car was not what was expected. It was a 2017 but that was it. It was a standard edition and nothing like the other car I wanted to buy. So now, I'm still empty handed and 100 short in fuel. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this dealer because if you want a vehicle from this dealer, you better make dang sure that they don't sell it out from under you because you will end up like me and wanting to write a bad review on this company. More

Quick and friendly Chauncey Lee was super busy when we arrived. Even though he was handling multiple customers simultaneously we never felt like we were second in line.
