Awesome experience I was a first time car buyer and from the time I pulled into the dealership until the time I left, I was taken care of. Al Weigel was the sales person I was a first time car buyer and from the time I pulled into the dealership until the time I left, I was taken care of. Al Weigel was the sales person who helped me out and was very informative about everything. He helped me find the perfect Jeep! I was at the dealership passed closing time and I did not feel rushed out even with the paperwork process. I drove about a little over an hour and a half one way to come to Fowler Dodge and it was definitely worth it! Al went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and even told me to make sure I made it home safely! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! More
Misleading info on part order Everything was fine the day i bought my jeep Monday 5/14/18 and everyone was happy even my self im not going to lie .... but the sales man Hayden Youn Everything was fine the day i bought my jeep Monday 5/14/18 and everyone was happy even my self im not going to lie .... but the sales man Hayden Young promised me my hard top would come in by that week Friday or no later then Friday May 25th which was in 2 weeks.. i have been patient and waited until today before i had a complain , hoping i would receive it by now. Today , 3 weeks after the promised date i have not received my hardtop and he tells me they are on back order . I ask for a refund because ill have to buy one out of my pocket since the only reason i bought was because i was going out of state and needed it to travel . He refused to give me a refund or even any type of credit towards any other parts through them . $3500 down the drain since i have to buy a hardtop out of my pocket and dont need 2 .. just a bad deal overall .. so disappointed i need to go through this because they gave misleading info on when the part would arrive . Up to you if you want to go here . In my case i plan to never go back . More
Stay away! Purchase a brand new 2018 Jeep Renegade from Fowler Dodge off I-240 in OKC back in May. At first everything seemed great then here it is 3 day before Purchase a brand new 2018 Jeep Renegade from Fowler Dodge off I-240 in OKC back in May. At first everything seemed great then here it is 3 day before the TTL is due and no paperwork. I call and they said they mailed it out and it was returned to the dealership, I said ok so you dont have a policy in place as to where you call you customer to let them know? I got silence for the so called finance manager then he said oh that's handled by the accounting department. Then on top of that, the deal we agreed on is not being honored. I had a gut feeling this would happen. I knew they would find a way to wiggle out of something because we signed everything and then 10 days later they call and say hey, we got you a better deal and need you to sign new paperwork. LOAD OF CRAP, STAY AWAY. They screw my husband and I over royally. If they happen to make it right I will update the review but I highly doubt it, because when I talked to the finance director (the one who worked out the final deal with me, he didnt even remember that he was the who suggested it to me) They will say and do anything to make the sale. The car salesman was fantastic Jesus Vallecillo. More

Sales always been fine, service not so much. I was really hoping the change in service managers was what this dealership needed. On my third trip here because of an incomplete brake job. The firs I was really hoping the change in service managers was what this dealership needed. On my third trip here because of an incomplete brake job. The first one back in October 2017 did way more damage than good. Been driving my Charger carefully since cause what I thought was a needed brake line bleed and/or new pads that were supposed to be replaced that time was actually a broke master cylinder. Keep in mind this wasn’t figured out by Service my previous trip last week that I paid $300 for. I assume I got new pads this time, car still was given back to me with serious brake fade. And have to deal with it at least another day while they order a master cylinder and charge me anoth $500+ to fix that. So since October 2017 I’ll be out over 1k on brakes and repair and 4 total trips to service . When I could’ve been out maybe $700 the first time to do everything right the first time. Also know my master cylinder and car were stopping just fine before that first brake service. Obviously no test drives preformed after any of the services. Going to give Westpointe in Yukon a try next time. Probably buy my 392 there. More
