Dropped my vehicle off this morning and then called in the afternoon to inquire when it would be ready and was told it had not even been looked at and not certain if they would get to it by end of day tomorrow. At no time was this communicated with me or I would have found a different dealer to work with. Now I have to find a ride until they are finished with my vehicle. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant and apologetic (it wasn't her fault and I actually felt sorry for her). More

Dishonest dealwrahip I was lied to and talked out of the car I wanted and was told the car I was getting was way cheaper. But by the end it was only 60 dollars cheaper. Recall I took my vehicle to Fowler for a very simple in & out recall sensor of sorts , after I had driven to another Dodge dealership in MWC , Ok , where I h I took my vehicle to Fowler for a very simple in & out recall sensor of sorts , after I had driven to another Dodge dealership in MWC , Ok , where I had an 8 AM appointment & got there around 7 , figures I would look at vehicles while waiting , however there was a line of vehicles waiting to get oil changes & if I would’ve got in line my vehicle would’ve been in the streets ,, the shop hand told me I needed to be in line , I told him I had an appointment, he said it didn’t matter , so I told him it wasn’t going to happen & that was a dangerous situation,, so he said for me to do whatever I needed , so I called the customer care line & they hooked me up with fowler dodge , which has a big enough parking lot to get around safely ,, they got me right in & my vehicle was finished within 20 minutes ,,very happy with Fowler dodge ,, will definitely be back More

Factory recall in Service Dept Scheduled a 10am appointment on Saturday for a factory recall that only takes approximately 1 hour to complete. After checking every hour on the hour. Scheduled a 10am appointment on Saturday for a factory recall that only takes approximately 1 hour to complete. After checking every hour on the hour...they finally finished my service at 2:30pm. They serviced several other vehicles before mine...and I had a 10am appointment! This is unsatisfactory!! If you cant handle appointments on Saturday... DO NOT schedule them! The service department needs help! More

Josh Carter! He knows his business, customer care! I have bought several trucks from I-240 Fowler Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge/Ram. I went in for an oil change and while i was there got to looking at the new I have bought several trucks from I-240 Fowler Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge/Ram. I went in for an oil change and while i was there got to looking at the new RAM Trucks. One of the TO's I think they are called, not sure and i don't recall his name because it was a brief conversation. asked him about looking at new trucks and the possibility of trading in my 2015 for a new RAM and he found Joshua a sales representative who took over and the gentleman has the knowledge and focus on what is important for the customer. He took the time to listen, ask the important questions, and did the research before hand to show me the vehicles that would work withing the parameters i had mentioned to him. Needless to say I did buy a new 2018 RAM 4X4 (back in my favorite color :)) Maroon (OU Boomer Sooners) Oh! Yeah! Seriously! The atmosphere is cordial, welcoming, sincere, pleasant, in all areas from the maintenance department when i dropped off my old RAM to have the oil changed to the Sales department, to the finance team, to the vehicle prep guy who pulled the new RAM around! As I was waiting, if a salesmen happened to walk by the table I was at he would look me in the eye and ask me how I was doing, if there was anything that i needed, something to drink, water, anything at all! I really appreciated them taking the time to slow down and really ask as though they wanted to make sure and not just ask because maybe they were told to do it. If they were, they sure didn't present themselves as though they had been. I say BRAVO to the crew that worked that Saturday. It was a very busy day, lots of people bought vehicles! It was amazing! More
