Terry 300 ceramic gray. Day 2 Day 2 Saturday. Waited for the manager to call me after his 11:00 am daily meetings. He was to discuss with the management team on how to help solve Day 2 Saturday. Waited for the manager to call me after his 11:00 am daily meetings. He was to discuss with the management team on how to help solve the issue with my car. Of course he never called, so around 2:00 my wife called the dealership and described the manager to the receptionist and requested to speak to him. Turns out the receptionist told "Curtis" that my wife gave her a cursing. Pretty sure if you got a cussing from my wife, everyone around would know it. She gets loud and won't hold anything back. Didn't happen, I was there and heard the conversation. Check the recording that the dealership states it makes when you call. Curtis returned the call and stated it was discussed and shot down by the manager running the meeting. A tank of gas and a key in the mailbox is all they would do. Stated again that it can't cost the dealership money to bring my key to me as requested. Was not willing to do anything else. Tuesday would be the easiest a key would be available. If I was betting, Curtis didn't even mention it in the meeting. This is the same thing he told us at delivery of the car when he took the "butt chewing" as stated by Curtis for someone else's mistake, We didn't want to chance the key being lost or delivered to someone else, so we asked for the key to be brought to us. Thought it was the least they could do. Curtis again stated it would be mailed not hand delivered. Wasn't going to deliver it that's why they have mail. After the first post hit the internet, the internet manager called. Nice guy, named Stephen called us and opened up a whole new can of worms. Disclosed the cars was previously sold to another couple and returned after having it for several days. Explains why the car had 800 miles. Not a dealer transfer or service department loan. What? As we originally asked, "has this car been previously sold" and now find out we were lied to by the management, even a sicker feeling we have for the dealership. We parked the car in our driveway and haven't moved it since we drove it home. As stated previously, at the delivery of our new car the salesman could not find the second key. This was the only "NEW" Chrysler 300 they had in stock. We asked several times... Has the vehicle had been used? The manager covered up the truth and knew the new car was previously sold and not " loaned out by the service department" with both sets of keys. Stephen stated the car vin number would be registered for 7 years worth of oil changes. Stephen was to discuss the situation further with the general manager and Curtis and call me back. It's noon on Monday and still no return call. The car was previously sold, pretty sure that makes it used. When previously sold it should at least have a dealer tag and sold the second time as used. Still a sick feeling. Afraid to drive the car. Where is the second key? Where did my new car feeling go? Apparently it wasn't cleaned or checked on return as we found the evidence of others in our "NEW CAR" Two hours away from the dealership and we'll have to go back to get another key made. What would you do? More
