Inaccurate, incorrect diagnostic I brought my vehicle in for a possible charging issue (volt gauge on dash only showing 12 volts) and was told that the alternator was bad. Century wan I brought my vehicle in for a possible charging issue (volt gauge on dash only showing 12 volts) and was told that the alternator was bad. Century wanted almost $700 to change it which was ridiculous. I replaced the alternator myself at a cost of $150 and it took me less than 15 minutes. The next day, I learned that it was doing the same thing. They also claimed they could not detect a buzzing sound coming from the radio we described during the extensive diagnostic. Immediately upon picking up the vehicle, the radio was buzzing. At this point, we're not even sure a diagnostic was actually done. More

Scheduled appointment for battery and brake check Service department got me in right away. Cody was great with assistance. Replaced battery and checked brake condition, which was fine. Slow leak I had a very slow leak on my right rear tire. I called and made an appointment for an oil change and tire repair. When I arrived, I was told I still h I had a very slow leak on my right rear tire. I called and made an appointment for an oil change and tire repair. When I arrived, I was told I still had miles to go before an oil change (Thank Tall Tom) and they sent my Silverado back for the tire. A little while later they brought my truck out with the tire repaired at " no charge". This visit confirms why they keep getting my service business and will continue to do so. More

Best ever service My transmission went out I had received a letter from GM and when I took the car in Cody Mortus waited on me. Airbag Recall I had to reschedule my appointment for the airbag recall because the parts were all gone for my original appointment.
