It’s now 1/6/2020 I still don’t have my car back and working this car only has 40k miles and they are saying it’s not covered under warranty even Though they push me to buy the extended warranty saying I’d be covered if anything happens up to 60,000 miles now at 40,000 miles are trying to say that it’s not covered I wouldn’t give them any of my business More
Very poor customer service Air conditioning not blowing cool air when picking up my car tested my air it was still not working needing to spend more money car is not worth spend Air conditioning not blowing cool air when picking up my car tested my air it was still not working needing to spend more money car is not worth spending more money on.I set up a appointment to get a oil change and check my air conditioning they had me set up for a inspection which was not what I wanted.most of my complaint was I needed to leave my car over night the person that helped me didn't offer me the shuttle ride.He asked me if I had a ride I told him no I had my mother with me and she's in a wheelchair he had to have heard me tell my mother we were standed .We left to have some lunch and figure out how we were going to get home.When a gentleman over heard us talking and informed me that the dealership had a shuttle ride we should have been offered the ride from the beginning.I told the shuttle driver he said it could have been human error but I don't feel that way if I decide to purchase other vehicle from you and take it in for service I never want this young man to help me again he needs to treat a customer better than that. More
