Nichole was so helpful! I chose this dealership based on how easy it is for me to get to, even though it’s a Chevy dealership and I brought in a non-GM vehicle. CD Player needs to be replaced ??? I was told I needed to replace my CD Player to the tune of $327. I would have to pay up front for the part which they didn't have. While waiting for t I was told I needed to replace my CD Player to the tune of $327. I would have to pay up front for the part which they didn't have. While waiting for the part to come in I had an old battery replaced and find out the CD player works again. I call to cancel the part order and they tell me before the refund can be issued I would have to wait for the part to be returned. It has now been nearly 2 Months since this started and I still don't have a refund. First of all they should check to see if the part really needs to be replaced, and getting a refund for a part I never touched should not be dependant upon it's return. More

On time, professional, great work! Service opened the gate as soon as I arrived. I drove in and dropped off my keys. Great waiting room (free coffee and popcorn). Took my car into service. Took my brand new 2018 zo6 into service for the 500 mile service. For an oil change and check the car to see what a creeping noise from the suspension Took my brand new 2018 zo6 into service for the 500 mile service. For an oil change and check the car to see what a creeping noise from the suspension was. After the oil change they kept telling me that it was the wheel hop, which I knew it wasn't when I told them that from the beginning. I showed them the noise and they fixed it great but that's not the complaint I have, they're treating an 80k+ car like it's a 10k car. After I got the car back I went home to wash it and the wheels were all scratched up from when they took the wheels off. I emailed the service and they never emailed me back. Horrible service I got there never taking my car back there again. You would think for such an expensive car they would take better care of it than they did. But they didn't. More

They put over 270 miles on my vehicle They were paid 10k to put in a remanufactured engine. They did But they also used my property without concent Put in excess of 270 miles on my vehicle Rode it hard damaging the suspension and tore all the rubber on the tires I was told to come in and speak with the manager Glenn P I did come in, was told to wait in the service area for him I waited for three hours, he never bothers to show his cowardice face I had to finally go, because I have a job that I actually perform with high integrity This service shop should be ashamed of themselves I am telling this story to everyone and recommending that no one go here to get their vehicle serviced. More
