Horrible experience Extremely unresponsive unreliable and I was left stressed out and disappointed. I use my car for work and was expecting to get it back around lunch ti Extremely unresponsive unreliable and I was left stressed out and disappointed. I use my car for work and was expecting to get it back around lunch time. No one called me by 3PM so I called left a message with Nicole. I called an hour later after no response and left a message with someone named Cody also zero response. Around 5 pm I managed to talk to one of the employees long enough to tell them my situation instead of them just passing me to another machine without any regard to my problem and about 20 minutes after that I was finally informed my vehicle was ready. I pickup my vehicle and it was absolutely filthy on the outside. More

THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD I took my car in for recall issue with company car. I forgot the rep's name, I think it was tall paul?
