Not Very Good Service I brought my truck in for an oil change. I was told it would take 60-90 minutes. I was there for 2 hours for an oil change. I scheduled an appointment I brought my truck in for an oil change. I was told it would take 60-90 minutes. I was there for 2 hours for an oil change. I scheduled an appointment so that I could get in and out quickly. Every time I go there for service after I pull into the service area no one acknowledges you. All of the service advisers seem to ignore you. They don't seem very eager to help. The same thing when you go to check out. I was standing there to pay and he was talking to one of the mechanics for 10 minutes before acknowledging me. I gave them one more chance after the last fiasco I had there with service. They failed. I probably will not go back. More
