Quick but unprofessional I've been to this dealership several times in the past for oil changes, recalls, tune-ups, etc. I've always been satisfied. This time however, I arriv I've been to this dealership several times in the past for oil changes, recalls, tune-ups, etc. I've always been satisfied. This time however, I arrived for my appointment to have my oil changed. There are absolutely no customers and I walk in to an employee telling a story to 4-5 coworkers. I've worked in customer service - you stop and greet your customers... Nah, they continued to talk as I stood there staring at them. 2 of them even looked up and saw me standing there staring at them. They continued to listen to the story. Finally someone helped me and asked what I needed. I replied that I had made an appointment to have my oil changed. He replied in a very short manner, "where's your car at"? C'mon guys, really? Now, the oil change was quick - I was in and out in probably 30 mins, but that may have been the worst customer service I have ever seen... More

Quick, friendly service I bought my Volt at this dealership and have had every service done there since I bought it. The Volt has only needed semi-annual oil changes, and no I bought my Volt at this dealership and have had every service done there since I bought it. The Volt has only needed semi-annual oil changes, and no other maintenance. It's not a car that will make a service center money, but they always treat me the same as a Corvette owner. I scheduled the maintenance online, they called to verify. They completed the service in the time it took me to go next door to breakfast. Couldn't be happier with the service. More
