Very pleasant I live in California and visit my parents often and I usually take it to this Chevy dealer. We have sat down with Glenn (manager) a few times. He listens to our concerns and was very generous and patient with his time. I appreciate him listening and then going over how to handle the problems with the car. My parents are on a fixed income and it’s scary for them to have car troubles. I believe we arrived at a very middle ground. The whole time we were treated nicely and everyone was very friendly. I do want to request to Glenn to make a point to praise his shuttle drivers and the hard working mechanics a bit more than just the service writers. I heard a bit of grumbling.😳 More

Excellent service and explanation of issues Took my 2009 Chevy Cobalt in for service as the check tire pressure indicator light had been turning on/off for some time. Worked with Cody Mortus who ran some diagnostics and also collaborated with other team members to determine the root cause. He tried a number of methods to figure out the problem, and explained to me the situation/status along the way. A very comfortable experience with professional staff. And, he very kindly did the work free of charge, and gave a token for a free carwash down the street. A very pleasant experience; will be sure to consult them again in the future!
