It wasn't a good excuse. I had appointment at 9:00and I arrived at 9:02. I went back to the service desk to check on my car around 10:20. I spoke with Drew Bohn the service co I had appointment at 9:00and I arrived at 9:02. I went back to the service desk to check on my car around 10:20. I spoke with Drew Bohn the service consultant. I told him I had a appointment and the I was priority and he stated that on Saturday it was first come first serve and I was missed informed and that it would take 20 more until my car would be done. He also stated that they had Several mechanics call out. More

This damage could of been worse in the near future and I was planning a road trip in this vehicle and without the fix it was unsafe to drive. More
