When I need work done on my car, they are courteous about scheduling the appointment, the appointments are on time Century has always treated me well. Poor communication between service and customer. We have had great service experiences with Nissan and BMW. They provide regular updates on what is going on with our vehicle. If we do have to leave We have had great service experiences with Nissan and BMW. They provide regular updates on what is going on with our vehicle. If we do have to leave a message a prompt call is returned. To explain our concerns in detail, nothing was identified as a fix for our vehicle on day 1. Day 2 we heard nothing and only to call and find out at the end of the day our vehicle hadn't even been looked at because the technician was out on family emergency and Cody was not at work that day so no one apparently knew about the problem we were having with the vehicle. On the 3rd day, I guess call it a blessing of sorts as the vehicle is no longer replicating the original problem that even Cody witnessed several times on day 1 so we ended up picking up our vehicle. So far the problem hasn't re-occured. More
