Great customer service...but Everyone at the desks are super helpful and friendly. Cody is excellent. However, I'm less confident in the mechanical work done on my car lately. The Everyone at the desks are super helpful and friendly. Cody is excellent. However, I'm less confident in the mechanical work done on my car lately. The car has been in excellent condition but routine oil change and tire rotation often produce annoying and finicky issues that costs me more time and money to deal with. Really hope they could be more careful and patient with the job. More

Oil change I took my truck to Century Chevy to get an oil change. When I checked in, Drew my service advisor, checked over my truck and pointed out the oil cool I took my truck to Century Chevy to get an oil change. When I checked in, Drew my service advisor, checked over my truck and pointed out the oil cooler lines were leaking and need to be replaced. Drew checked to see if this repair was covered under the power train warranty, which it was, and the issue was fixed that day. This saved me having to make another appointment to fix the problem. As always the service was friendly. More
