Service I had an appointment for an oil change and a diagnostic. When I arrived before anyone greeted or helped me they had me move my car 2 different times i I had an appointment for an oil change and a diagnostic. When I arrived before anyone greeted or helped me they had me move my car 2 different times instead of checking me in and moving it themselves where they wanted. When they finally did check me in they said they needed it all day for a 1-hour diagnostic and oil change cuz their technicians were busy. What’s the point of my appointment if you won’t look at it at the time of my appointment. It wouldn’t have been that bad but when I said up the appointment no one told me it would be an all day thing to look at this. Mainly just poor communication and customer service. More
