Long wait.. Minor Oversight. I was in town from Texas and needed an oil change. The dealership price is always the best. And I like going to the dealer. I called and made an appointment showed up 15 minutes early to do the paperwork and it took two hours. the next morning my engine light came on I called the dealership drove all the way back over to the dealer and after an hour was told that the oil dipstick was not pushed in all the way during the service yesterday it has been corrected and the area code cleared. Not a very pleasant visit. Staff was nice, just pack a sack lunch. More

Easy to work with Had to get my side mirror replaced and wanted to get windows tinted at the same time. They are also very upfront about pricing and time estimates so you are not left wondering what things may cost upon payment. Communication is key and they accomplish this. I would recommend. More

Disappointed Service Visit Normally I would have positive things to say about Century Chevrolet, but this past experience was certainly not that. I went in for a routine oil change on my pickup, and the service agent was pleasant and helpful. I was the second in line for the service bay before they opened, so I got in quick and was out within about an hour. The initial visit was great, as it normally is at Century for me. I drove back home to Brighton right after and parked my truck in the garage for the oncoming hail storms we had that evening. I made the decision to use Century as my go to dealership after having unpleasant visits st both the longmont and Brighton Chevy dealership’s. I drive the extra 25 miles to their location because normally I am happy with there service. This time was different however. Sunday morning I walked out into my garage and noticed a large basketball sized pool of oil under my truck. I am savvy with basic vehicle maintenance and after crawling around beneath my truck for 5 minutes and wiping oil off the belly pans and such, I determined the oil was leaking from the filter as if the tech forgot to replace the o-ring gasket or pinched it during installation. The oil was completely black as if it hadn’t been changed at all. I called and left Century a voicemail that I would be in first thing Monday to have things fixed. This morning I drove to Century again, driving out of my way twice now and having to take the morning off of work (I work in longmont which is 35 mins north of Century Chevy). I waited in line at the service bay and was probably the 6th or 7th vehicle in line this time around. When checked in by the service agent, I had explained to him what I had found and told him it did not appear the oil was changed and that the filter was not installed properly. He tried to convince me the oil could be coming from anywhere and it was probably black from collecting grease from the engine block whereever it was leaking from. I told him that was incorrect and that I had determined it was coming straight from the filter. Long story short, I sat around for an hour and a half for them to tell me what I already knew. The service agent told me the oil filter had been overtightened thus pinching the o-ring gasket and causing the leak, but he swore the oil had indeed been changed. I missed 2 hours of work and drove 50 miles outa my way to get things made right. I am glad they fixed there mistake, but did not offer anything further to right their wrong. This may be my last visit to Century as it is getting harder to trust any local dealerships to do the right thing and provide quality service. More

disappointing I went in with my 2016 Malibu with a leaking third brake light that is ruining the headliner. So i drove away with no solution to the problem, and everytime it rains it soaks through and stains the headliner. Looks horrible. All i wanted was to have it fixed. More

The vehicle only had 45,000 mils. There was no support from GM, but Cody worked hard to help me have the least financial impact. More
