Their shop temperature was hot because the cooling system was down but this team was so pleasant to each and every customer. Never a cross word. I watched them calm down a man who was clearly out of line. They kept their cool though the heated discussion fixed what he needed and they were calm. As a woman they treat me like I am important and my questions are answered and I feel valued. Not too many auto place will do that. More

Performed unnecessary work and didn't resolve the issue Basically the service department did not do their job with figuring out why my check engine light was on and replaced an expensive EGR Valve at over $ Basically the service department did not do their job with figuring out why my check engine light was on and replaced an expensive EGR Valve at over $1,100 when all they needed to do was clean off the MAF sensor. I got a can of MAF (Mass Air Flow) cleaner from their parts department and did the job myself in the parking lot of the dealership. Problem solved! I found out what the resolution was in less than five minutes by googling the code then resolved the issue in five minutes by cleaning off the MAF sensor myself. Century changed out the most expensive part first instead of starting with the least expensive resolution. They failed in my opinion and should've made good on my entire bill not just the labor portion. More
