He told me it could be 7-10 days before the Volt was repaired due to a shortage of hybrid techs. He said it could be done sooner, but he wanted to transparent and up front, which I appreciated. Tuesday (2 days later) he called me and said "You're not going to believe this, but I put it in for repair and a tech tackled it yesterday. It's all done!" I came to pick it up and they had washed it and filled up the tires, even though the repairs were under warranty/recall (I do realize they are reimbursed by Chevrolet for their repair work, but it was still nice to pick it up washed and serviced, and not have to pull out my wallet!) I would suggest that the staff check the air pressure in the tires when rotating them. More

Emich sent a tech over to remove alarm and stated it was definitely not the problem. I was called to come pick up truck and a new battery was installed with no service codes were being thrown. I arrived only to find out battery had not been installed yet! Came back 3 hours later to pick up. No paperwork from service, they didn’t know how to bill the service? Told me if I have any other issues to go to Emich. Guess they must not be a certified Chevy service provider? More

Dwayne is the best service manager I have ever met in my 30 years of owning Chevy trucks and SUVs. He needs to be in your drop down menu so he can be rated. 30 years of owning Chevy trucks and SUVs. He needs to be in your drop down menu so he can be rated. More
