Running into unexpected problems... I drove from Florida to Colorado with my 2008 Equinox about 2 months ago and decided it was time for a check up to see how things were going, before m I drove from Florida to Colorado with my 2008 Equinox about 2 months ago and decided it was time for a check up to see how things were going, before making the trip I did my complete diagnosis and everything was ready to go, I was sad to hear that my oil pan was leaking and a couple of hoses needed to be fixed for a little under $2,000. Matt at century Chevrolet couldn’t be more helpful and was amazing from beginning to end with us, even giving us a complimentary car for the week since we had to wait for parts and installation to be done...I shipped my Silverado from Miami to my new home here in Colorado and honestly am excited to say that I’ll be using century Chevrolet for all of my cars needs! More

Powertrain warranty doesn't cover the engine Went in for a rough idle and service notice from Chevrolet. Very poor communication. No urgency to sell new a car. I brought a car in for service and had a little bit of work done. I found out there was additional work that was going to cost a lot more money than e I brought a car in for service and had a little bit of work done. I told the service agent that I wanted to talk to a sales rep about just buying a new car and trading in the old one. My car sat in the garage for 2 days with nobody getting back to me. I finally had to go and pick up my car, bring it home and bought a car from a different dealership. More
What else didn’t get done. The day after we had our oil changed I had to fill up my washer fluid, that should have been done during the oil change.
