Power steering fluid leaking after repair Technician found a low fluid level due to a leaking power steering line. Invoice indicates “replace power steering pump pressure hose assembly. Toppe Technician found a low fluid level due to a leaking power steering line. Invoice indicates “replace power steering pump pressure hose assembly. Topped off fluid level and bleed power steering free of air.” Now I have power steering fluid on my garage floor because the repair appears to have not been done correctly. Made another appointment to have it fixed. What an inconvenience... another day without my vehicle. More time spent at the dealership. Nice stained garage floor. More

3 weeks and returned with almost no oil I brought my Chevy volt in due to a battery malfunction. After 20 days in the shop, it was returned. I drove less than 10 miles before receiving an error regarding engine oil pressure. Upon checking, there was almost no oil left. I had to have the truck towed back to the shop. I believe the vehicle has oil when it was initially brought in, and it was not replaced after being drained during repairs. More

We really were hoping to get the truck back on Monday night or Tuesday. We paid for a diagnosis thinking it would tell them what it need but i guess not. We did not get the truck back till Wednesday because they said they need to get more parts. what was the diagnosis for. We kind of feel like they were just throwing parts at it till the lights went off. I cant believe a tech spent 32 hours or more that problem. he would not survive. More
