Awesome management. Codi however has an attitude everytime Lucky for everyone but Codi. This is an A+ service center. Dealt with Codi 2 times now and both times he talked to me with a real short and negative attitude. Hope I get John next time as he is a very nice person to do business with. Would recommend century Chevrolet and also have in the past to anyone looking for honest and follow through service. More
Lack of attention to detail Recently I experienced a third consecutive service visit where a lack of attention to detail led to something under the hood of my 2016 Duramax hood t Recently I experienced a third consecutive service visit where a lack of attention to detail led to something under the hood of my 2016 Duramax hood that shouldn't have been there. During the first oil change it was an empty oil quart. During the second service visit it was an oil funnel and a giant wad of insulation right on top of my engine compartment as well as forgetting to fill the DEF (but still charging for it). This last time one of the weather stripping pieces had come loose somehow during the oil change and rather than fixing it, it was just slammed in between the hood and body. When I went to pick up the truck, there was about 6" of weather stripping just sticking out of the hood. Shame on me for letting this happen three times. My confidence in proficiency of more complicated work is low given all the issues experienced during a simple oil change. I'll be looking to take my service and future purchases elsewhere. More
Nice quick work My 2014 Silverado truck was serviced and repaired regarding a power brake issue. I had it towed in at 7am as I felt unsafe driving it. The service department took the truck in without me present and communicated with me regularly. After confirmation that the truck's brakes vacuum power booster was an issue (a pending recall in my opinion) they gave me a next day completion timeline. Later that same day they called and informed me that he vehicle would be ready the same day late evening, which I took advantage of and had a safe drive home. Nice to have that quick an experience. More

Poor Service A. The Way Around They had my car for a week. I do not believe they started troubleshooting it for three days. I had to show them how to override it to shift it out of They had my car for a week. I do not believe they started troubleshooting it for three days. I had to show them how to override it to shift it out of park so they could get it into the shop to start working on it. After 2.5 hours of troubleshooting, over 100 error codes, they replaced a Body Controll Module and had to reprogram it 3 times. The last time, they were trying to get me to pay for extra services because it was pulling hard to the right. Which it was not doing when I dropped it off. I had trouble getting ahold of Service about every time I called there. It would go to voicemail after being transferred to Service. I actually went down to the Dealership three times to check on it as I could not reach them on the phone. When I went to pick it up and pay, I heard another service person take a call and tell the person on the phone, that with all the problems they were experiencing, it was probably the Body Control Module. So I paid for 2.5 hours f troubleshooting, when another service Representative had an idea just by the description his customer was giving him. I feel taken cheated/taken advantage of. More
