Bad experience Cody wasn't on top of his game. He was pretty rude, I'm not sure if he was having a bad day or just mad I had a 4 o'clock oil change on a Saturday. Wh Cody wasn't on top of his game. He was pretty rude, I'm not sure if he was having a bad day or just mad I had a 4 o'clock oil change on a Saturday. When I called the lady that answered was happy to schedule it for that time. This isn't the first time they weren't thrilled at a later in the day oil change. It's not my fault I work a 8-5 job. The people that schedule need to get on the same page with the service team. On top of that no one filled my washer fluid or recommended any other maintenance. More

Customer Service still exists I had to have the transmission in my half ton work truck. This is an issue since I travel a lot for work and needed it back as soon as possible. Tom I had to have the transmission in my half ton work truck. This is an issue since I travel a lot for work and needed it back as soon as possible. Tom was in contact with me the entire time and the truck was actually done before they promised it back. Tom and his service team were great to deal with and got a tough job done as promised and there were no surprises when I went to take care of the bill. Customer Service is the key to my business and as long as they are this good, they will always have my business. More
