Got 2 oil changes in two days only wanted 1 Didn’t do a good job communicating with me about the service being done after waiting until 2 hours after the job was completed didn’t seem to care th Didn’t do a good job communicating with me about the service being done after waiting until 2 hours after the job was completed didn’t seem to care that eye was still waiting in the waiting area. Bad experience Cody wasn't on top of his game. He was pretty rude, I'm not sure if he was having a bad day or just mad I had a 4 o'clock oil change on a Saturday. Wh Cody wasn't on top of his game. He was pretty rude, I'm not sure if he was having a bad day or just mad I had a 4 o'clock oil change on a Saturday. When I called the lady that answered was happy to schedule it for that time. This isn't the first time they weren't thrilled at a later in the day oil change. It's not my fault I work a 8-5 job. The people that schedule need to get on the same page with the service team. On top of that no one filled my washer fluid or recommended any other maintenance. More
