Horrible. Why won't you allow a 0 rating Hit my head onyoue garage door as I was leavung( your sensor must not be working properly). I was bleeding quite a bit and asked your service rep wher Hit my head onyoue garage door as I was leavung( your sensor must not be working properly). I was bleeding quite a bit and asked your service rep where the bathroom was to clean up. He was nice enough to bring me some bandaids. I came out and asked him to make sure he told his manager what happened in case i needed stitches (i did not). He told me he told the setvuce manager. My servivs took 20 minutes longer than i was told. When I went to the desk I was told I was getting 30% off. No apology and the door was still in service. Protocal would be to shut it down until a servce person checked the sensors. I asked to talk to someone over the service manager sunce he obviously did not care that I was hurt. Instead he came out. After I asked he comped the oil change and apologized. Did the door ever get fixed? More

Got 2 oil changes in two days only wanted 1 Didn’t do a good job communicating with me about the service being done after waiting until 2 hours after the job was completed didn’t seem to care th Didn’t do a good job communicating with me about the service being done after waiting until 2 hours after the job was completed didn’t seem to care that eye was still waiting in the waiting area. He was pretty rude, I'm not sure if he was having a bad day or just mad I had a 4 o'clock oil change on a Saturday. When I called the lady that answered was happy to schedule it for that time. This isn't the first time they weren't thrilled at a later in the day oil change. It's not my fault I work a 8-5 job. The people that schedule need to get on the same page with the service team. On top of that no one filled my washer fluid or recommended any other maintenance. More
