Issue with shift to park message while vehicle already in park. Century replaced shifter and install new harness. Issue resolved. 2016 malibu was covered completely under certified used vehicle. I thought the buying process here was good. I love my new car, a 2020 traverse. However, I went to get a back seat belt buckle recall fixed. They contacted me several times to get it fixed. I scheduled a car, a 2020 traverse. However, I went to get a back seat belt buckle recall fixed. They contacted me several times to get it fixed. I scheduled an appointment for 715 am. As I arrived they said “oh techs don’t arrive until 8. Then they said they may not even have the parts - there a after they had called me, emailed me, and after scheduling, called me to confirm, to get it fixed. FINALLY, I walked back after almost 2 hours, and they NEVER called me. They said “oh yeah we don’t have the part, sorry.” Legit waste of 2 hours. Recall still not fixed. Guess I’ll have to find another dealership for the service part. More

I set up an appointment by phone because of the showroom be closed due to the COVID-19 public health order. Social distancing along with face coverings were practiced. I took the vehicle how the same day. The new vehicle detailing and installation of dealer installed options will occur at a later date once the public health order restrictions are relaxed. More
