Out of state oil change that was amazing I have an Equinox that I purchased from my daughter which she originally bought at Century. I drove from Arizona this week to be with her and took the Equinox to a Grease Money that I thought would be affordable, ha! Huge rip off! Went to Century got in for $49.99 said it would be an hour 45 only took an hour and such service! If I still lived in Colorado this would be my service center! More
Terrible customer service We had a parking sensor replaced and it was installed incorrectly. It was missing the weather stripping around the sensor so it constantly went off. Called got in touch with a manager to only have him say bring it in and theyll fix it again. Brought it in thinking this is going to get fixed right away and be on our way. Nope. They had the suv for 2 weeks and when we went to pick it up it still wasnt installed correctly. When my wife called the service tech out on the sensor he took it to the back and whoever attempted to fix the issue took a screwdriver and flipped the weather strip covering and scratched my sensor. Instead of fixing it correctly like it should have been done the first time. Needless to say I am having a different dealership look through my vehicle because we were treated so horribly at this dealership. I do not recommend this service center to anyone unless you are okay with getting the car back with the same issues or having your car scratched. More

Declining Service Past 3 service visits have not been good at all! Have been jacked around and rescheduled twice after making two trips there to address a warranty Past 3 service visits have not been good at all! Have been jacked around and rescheduled twice after making two trips there to address a warranty issue that's being treated more like something they just don't want to deal with rather than owning the situation and resolving it. To my knowledge they didn't even fix the recall on the first visit which is one of the reasons I brought it in to begin with. I couldn't make the appointment they made for me the following week which evidently was never made anyway because I didn't get a barrage of emails and or phone calls/texts reminding me of the appointment like normal and no follow up from anyone since. Very disappointed and highly annoyed considering the service has been fairly good in the past. More
