Stay Away Bought a vehicle from this dealership and dealt with Jason, Justin, Khalid, Jay (GM). Received a call stating there was a recall on the vehicle and du Bought a vehicle from this dealership and dealt with Jason, Justin, Khalid, Jay (GM). Received a call stating there was a recall on the vehicle and due to that, they would not allow me to take possession. This was after I spent several hours in the showroom, test driving, and signing paperwork. Legally, this vehicle was for sale. It was listed on the website, there was a price negotiation, and THEY SOLD IT TO ME. It was obviously for sale. Khalid (Finance) was advised by the GM that this vehicle could not be delivered due to the recall. Regardless, they still had me sign paperwork and go through the entire deal. The GM (Jay) agreed to sell the vehicle to another dealership (wholesale) and I could buy it from them. I had placed negative reviews of Century Chevrolet online and was later advised that the GM would not go through with this agreement until I removed the negative reviews from the internet! I absolutely do not appreciate the ultimatum, but wanted this vehicle, so I removed the reviews. I am now the owner of the truck that I fought 2 months for and am placing my experience back online. Stay away! You will be at this dealership for hours on end, could possibly sign paperwork for a vehicle you will never get to drive home, and possibly be given ultimatums. I was very close to getting a lawyer involved, but fortunately it did not come to that point. More
They always take care of me! I really enjoy working with the team at Century. My late dad was a mechanic so getting work done on my car is always a touchy subject but the Century I really enjoy working with the team at Century. I just got my oil changed and they forgot to put the cap on tight enough so that was a bit annoying to come back the day after but they took good care or me and got me on my way!! More
