Hi Cameron, I've seen all of your reposted reviews and followed up with our management team about this issue. Once a vehicle is added to our inventory, we initiate several processes to get the vehicle online and make it available for sale as quickly as possible. It is unfortunate that we had to cancel the contract with you once we determined that there was an open recall on the vehicle and we apologize for not being able to do the recall work for this vehicle so that we could go through with the sale. We are unable to legally sell a vehicle to a consumer with an open safety recall. We were hopeful that we could complete the recall work before delivering the vehicle, but determined that the estimated wait time for parts to complete the repair would not allow us to do that. The only option available to us was to wholesale the vehicle. We apologize if the issue was not fully or clearly explained to you while we worked with you to find a solution. We always take customer feedback seriously. When you originally expressed via several reviews online that you were frustrated because we could not complete the sale, we worked in good faith to resolve the issue, including connecting you with the wholesaler so that you could legally purchase the vehicle. We are sorry that you feel our additional effort to resolve this problem for you fell short of your expectations. It is truly unfortunate to learn that you believe our resolution was unsatisfactory, but we appreciate the opportunity to try to assist you. Thank you, Amy H.
