Best car shopping experience ever! I went into the Toyota center yesterday and a fellow named Josh Pollard waited on me. (My previous car had recently been rear-ended and consequently I went into the Toyota center yesterday and a fellow named Josh Pollard waited on me. (My previous car had recently been rear-ended and consequently totaled.) As a widow, I had never shopped for a car from a dealership on my own but, thankfully, Josh and the owner Kelly Strausser made me feel very comfortable about the transaction. Josh had already located a car for me and after I'd test driven it, I knew this car was for me. Then it was the matter of the money. I had only received partial settlement from the insurance company for the damage to my other car, so I could only put down $3,000. The rest I hoped to have in the next few weeks. But rather than letting me leave with only having placed a down-payment on the car, Josh had this fellow named Gary Deeb processed finance for me with Capital One so I would not be rushed into paying the car off in a week or two. The loan worked out well, as Gary - a delightful chap- obviously had a lot of expertise in this department! Bottom-line, what could have been a traumatic event for me turned into a very pleasurable experience. The team (and they very much did act in concert with one another) assuaged my fears and helped me leave in a car that I am really enjoying. Please give these guys an award of some kind...maybe a trip somewhere! More

Dealers we bought from in metro areas aren't as easy to deal with, charge more, and add on fee after fee when you're ready to close. This dealer doesn't do that.
