I wanted to give shout out the Four Stars Ford Jacksboro Service Department, particularly Chris and Ryan in Service. Four Stars was running a special for a free diagnostic check if your vehicle's check eng Service Department, particularly Chris and Ryan in Service. Four Stars was running a special for a free diagnostic check if your vehicle's check engine light was on. My check engine light came on right after I saw the coupon. I contacted the service department, they scheduled our Nissan Pathfinder in a timely manner. They worked with us to get all the codes that came up on the diagnostic check fixed in a timely manner and before our warranty expired. We are forever grateful for how Ryan and Chris went above and beyond to communicate and work with us to get out vehicle taken care of properly. We always try to keep out business local, but when receive top notch customer service you never want to choose anyone else. Thank you Four Stars Ford of Jacksboro for being a part of our community. We were traveling from OKC to SAT and got a flat about 12 miles north of Jacksboro. We were able to drive it to a tire shop (thank God for run-flat tires), but unfortunately they didn’t have the right size t miles north of Jacksboro. When the shop recommended Ford, I called and they not only had the right size tire, but also replaced it and got it all done for us in about an hour. Chris was great to work with! He recommended a good place for lunch, was very hospitable, and his customer service is top tier. If you are ever in the area and need help, go in!
