My last trip to 4 star ford Service department was a great experience before this visit. New service manager is a xxxxx, much too busy to talk to me. It’s not a good feeling when you go into dealer that you purchased a $59k vehicle new and they act nonchalant about what the cost will be, “yeah bring it in.....if it’s out of date it will be $871 to fix it”. I guess 4star ford charges him to look me up to see when my warranty start date began. No problem, they treated me well at Jack Powell Ford, looked me up, informed me of when my 3/36 warranty was up and started a ticket so I would be covered. I will be driving the 30 miles to mineral wells gladly for service and for any new vehicle purchases. More
