I know we live in a small town. Everyone knows everyone. I want to leave a real review. Nothing personal. I was mostly happy with the dealership after buying our 2019 brand new ford fusion. So, when a SUV we were interested came in we decided to jump. The ride was so clean. Literally, almost to no scratches. 1 person owner, and only 30k miles. We thought awesome. We didn't even think we'd need to check if it had been wrecked. Turns out it had been in 2 wrecks. The dealership didn't even tell us. Other dealerships have always offered that upfront. Maybe because they were certified pre-owned or nothing to hide? So I am severely disappointed they didn't let us know. Not that we still wouldn't have bought it. I just trusted this dealership. After this, we do not plan on return buying. More
