The receptionist and the financial team member were both polite and professional, only issue was the maintenance personnel did not perform the maintenance that was listed as performed, in reality…. I have not had the truck for long it has been in the shop twice once for the trailer brake controller, and the next time was for both wheel speed sensors. I was told there’s gonna be a wait on the parts for twice once for the trailer brake controller, and the next time was for both wheel speed sensors. I was told there’s gonna be a wait on the parts for the wheel speed sensors ( in which I was told a month) however I called a month later left a message. Never got a call back from Jerry. Continue to call until I got to somebody else that could answer my question on when I was gonna get the part I was told another month another month passed. I had to call again to check on my part once again left messages for Jerry no response finally, the third time I asked for the manager and got a response. mind you this was on a Friday and finally got my part that Monday my truck was fixed. in an hour and a half.. I purchased the truck did not have any problems from the sales manager at the time. I’ve encountered the service department twice and I’m not impressed. I hope they improve. More
