My 2014 Ram 1500 ecodiesel had a High Pressure Fuel Pump failure. Jayne and Brandon in the service department took such great care of me and my family to include our dog. The HPFP failure completely disable failure. Jayne and Brandon in the service department took such great care of me and my family to include our dog. The HPFP failure completely disabled my truck so I had to rent a uhaul since I was moving across country. Jayne, Brandon and the General Manager worked and pressured Ram/FCA to get the HPFP replaced. FCA had anywhere from a six month to two year waiting list. The Four Starts team got it done in six month, which was the best case scenario for this situation.
