Bethany was very helpful and welcoming. However the finance manager was very impatient...kinda pushy...wanting personal reasons for our decisions. I just bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee that I love! I had an excellent buying experience! They were very patient and helpful when I was narrowing down what I wanted and eventhough they did not have one I had an excellent buying experience!
