Things started off good, but then they did the work before telling me what the cost would be. I had a telephone estimate then had my truck towed in for them to actually see it. Then instead of calling me to tell me what actual quote would be they just fixed it. The work was good, but the final price WAS going to be more than what was quoted. It wasn't an extraordinary amount, but the principle of the matter is that is not good business. Then when I complained he told me that they would just not pay the mechanic that did the work. It was almost like he wanted me to feel guilty about that. So I told him, how he handled his business with his employees was his business but if he decided to not pay his mechanic for a mistake that he made, then that was poor business. After that he said I was giving him a headache. Oh well, he doesn't have to worry about me any more, or any of the people I tell about that place. More
