This is by far the absolute worst service I've ever seen at a GMC dealer. Bring in my 2024 GMC AT4 2500 for an oil change. Once it's done, I see that they've left all of their protective wrapper garbage f at a GMC dealer. Bring in my 2024 GMC AT4 2500 for an oil change. Once it's done, I see that they've left all of their protective wrapper garbage for me to throw away. Not just the floor mats, but the steering wheel and shifter covers as well. Then a couple of week and 500 miles later, I discover that they forgot to put the oil cap back on. There it was sitting in the front of the engine compartment letting all sorts of debris get into the engine of my $70,000 truck. I left 3 messages for the service manager or someone higher up to give me a call, and I've heard nothing back. More

If you want to wait MORE THAN 3 HOURS for a scheduled oil change, Fountain is your shop. If you want to return THREE TIMES for warranty service on the same issue in less than a month and not get it resolv change, Fountain is your shop. If you want to return THREE TIMES for warranty service on the same issue in less than a month and not get it resolved, not get an explanation, not get a copy of the repair order, then this is the place to go. Fountain cares about taking your money. However, they DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR CAR. New car, Used car, it doesn't matter. Because you don't matter. Call, complain in person. Who cares. Not Fountain. Do yourself, your car, and the people you care about a favor, and DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH FOUNTAIN BUICK GMC. Next stop: GM Customer Service and the Florida BBB. More
About 3 weeks ago, I went in for a simple oil/filter change. (I originally bought my vehicle brand new from this dealership). I had to wait excessively for anyone to even acknowledge me (h oil/filter change. (I originally bought my vehicle brand new from this dealership). I had to wait excessively for anyone to even acknowledge me (had made reservations in advance). It took an older black gentleman to finally walk over and offer some assistance. Don't believe he worked that area. My lunch got cold as I was finally ushered into the service workers office. Later, once notified that my vehicle was done- they presented a bill for around $163! I knew these crooks were up to no good. This is illegal as customers are to be told up front about amounts exceeding $100. My car was in excellent condition. I had even been considering trading up into another new vehicle with them. Now- I wouldn't buy bubblegum from out their candy machine. These crooks will never get my business for car maintenance, or Anything Else! More
