Nester was very helpful especially when we were from out of town (Houston, TX). Me and my family drove at ~60 miles for 650 odd miles and had an issue with new car with 7000 miles on it. Continuing our jour of town (Houston, TX). Me and my family drove at ~60 miles for 650 odd miles and had an issue with new car with 7000 miles on it. Continuing our journey from New Orleans, LA & since it was a Sunday no services was available. Once in Fountain Buick, next day they had the complete car checked and fix completed in around 1.5 hrs. Finally dealership wanted to clean n wash the car. This services was refused by us since we had already lost valuable time in our vacation. In comparison to Starling Chevy which didn't accommodate us. They told us to leave the car and go to our hotel in a rental car. If they happen to find a slot they will try to squeeze us in, with no guarantee when it will be fixed. Also as I was new to town I asked for other dealership close-by. They never gave me the address for Fountain dealer which was 6 miles away. Instead they gave me addresses to 2nd Starling location around 30 miles away. After an internet search is how I found out about Fountain dealership. I don't know how to coin such behavior. More

The Mitsubishi service advisor Vanessa was so very rude to me while I was trying to expedite repairs through my extended warranty company. She was refusing to contact them to file a claim and almost made m to me while I was trying to expedite repairs through my extended warranty company. She was refusing to contact them to file a claim and almost made me miss my 7 day 100% money back guarantee window. I ended up getting an extension (due to Vanessa) and took the vehicle somewhere else where it was repaired at no cost out of my pocket. This is the closest Mitsubishi to my house yet they don't offer shuttle service to my home which was another inconvenience. I had to take a Lyft home. Glad I have a great extended warranty company. They reimbursed me for that as well as the initial services done by Fountain Mitsubishi. I'm still waiting on that call back from Vanessa that I never got. It's been a month now. We were interested in buying a 2022 Outlander and drove all the way to DeLand for a test drive because we refuse to do business with Fountain. Lost a potentially great client. We own a Buick, GMC and a Mitsubishi. Being new to the area, we thought we found a new service home for our vehicles. Sadly we discovered it won't be Fountain and now we have to drive farther for service. More
