Do Humans Work at this Dealership? I have a brand new GMC vehicle and unfortunately this is the dealership closest to me. I have tried to call and schedule my first oil change but no on I have a brand new GMC vehicle and unfortunately this is the dealership closest to me. I have tried to call and schedule my first oil change but no one in the Service department answers the phone. Any time you are transferred to "Service" you get Kristi or Christian's voicemail, but neither of them ever call you back to schedule anything. They literally have the worst customer service ever. I'm not even sure Kristi or Christian know what the term "Customer Service" means. Someone should tell them. More
Awesome Car Buying Experience!!! My wife and I just purchased a 2015 GMC Terrain and the buying experience was nothing but AWESOME. Mike Williams was the sales person and if you are thinking about purchasing a car,truck or suv then Mike Williams is the person you will want to deal with. The fact the Mike and the other professionals at Fountain Automall did not lower themselves to pressure us into buying closed the deal and it was a awesome car buying experience. Mike Williams is truly a professional that still has the honor and integrity that so many sales people lack these days. Mike takes pride in his profession and it shows in his wealth of the knowledge that so many sales people lack. The other individuals within Fountain that were involved with our purchase was Dave the desk manager and Mike McNamara in the finance department. Fountain Automall has my business now and in the future. More

I called early monday morning and Kristy, assnt-manager to Service reassured me that they would take care of the problem. When I arrived at the dealer, I acknowleged that she was squeezing me in on a very tight schedule. She made arrangements for me to talk to the mechanic for diagnosis, made an estimate and provided me a courtesy car during the time to repair the problem (1 day delay to get the deffective part). And above my expectations, when I got my truck back, it had been cleaned all over. WOW! what a ROYAL treatment. Thanks Kristy. People like you make me proud of owning a GM car.
