Not only that, but once I decided to lease the GMC Terrain, he got all the paperwork together so that I could come in on a Sunday, I was in and out in under 2 hours - I really appreciated that. I will definitely return to Fountain at the end of this lease and I hope to work with Andrew Kenimer again. Luis Davila in the Finance department was also very kind and professional, we didn't spend much time together, but he quickly got me through the leasing paperwork so I could get on my way. 5 Stars for both Luis and Andrew! More

My whole experience from start to finish was great. She and her manager got me right to where I wanted to be. The delivery process was extremely smooth. No one pushed for me to buy any packages but let me know about them all. Overall 10/10 experience. This is the 2nd of the 6 GMC's we've owned and both times we've had only the best process experience there; understand I pass two other GMC dealerships to get to Fountain - those guys need to do better in the customer relations business to get my attention/business; Fountain has always been in the mix for all my GMC considerations and will be in my future buys.
