Degrading people, the agent was standing right there and talking about me to someone else saying “she’s not understanding what I’m telling her.” they try to scam you into thinking they have something you ne talking about me to someone else saying “she’s not understanding what I’m telling her.” they try to scam you into thinking they have something you need and they will just waste your time and give you nothing.. On a recent trip to Orlando from out of town Thanksgiving week, I ended up a nail in my tire and needed a new tire for our trip back home to Savannah. Called the tow service and they didn't know where I coul week, I ended up a nail in my tire and needed a new tire for our trip back home to Savannah. Called the tow service and they didn't know where I could get it fixed and might not be able to get it done at all because of the holiday. I called Fountain Acura and spoke with Jocelyn and she was able to get us in and had the tire replaced very quickly and we were on the road in no time to make it home for Thanksgiving.
