I spoke to Ruben the finance manager, per our conversation, he had me fill out the cancellation form and I email it back to him. I called the Gap company myself they stated that my account is still active and that they did not receive any documents. It’s been close to 45 days now since I filled out the forms.This is unprofessional behavior that needs attention. More

I went there to check their cars based on an online appointment. The salesman greeted me and asked what I was looking for and when I asked to test drive a MDX model he informed that he is getting the k appointment. He kept me waiting for more than 10 min to find out that he was helping another customer. So unprofessional, do not like the way he handles his clients.
