I spoke to Ruben the finance manager, per our conversation, he had me fill out the cancellation form and I email it back to him. I follow up via email to check if he recieve it , he did not respo conversation, he had me fill out the cancellation form and I email it back to him. I called the Gap company myself they stated that my account is still active and that they did not receive any documents. It’s been close to 45 days now since I filled out the forms.This is unprofessional behavior that needs attention. More

I went there to check their cars based on an online appointment. The salesman greeted me and asked what I was looking for and when I asked to test drive a MDX model he informed that he is getting the k appointment. The salesman greeted me and asked what I was looking for and when I asked to test drive a MDX model he informed that he is getting the keys. He kept me waiting for more than 10 min to find out that he was helping another customer. So unprofessional, do not like the way he handles his clients. Definitely would need to inform the dealership manager so he is aware of the level of customer service provided. More
