I have taken my hummer for a brake/ rotor work and they determined that air fitler was bad. I requested them to change the air fiter and was billed for it. Once I got back to my home town, took the Hummer determined that air fitler was bad. I requested them to change the air fiter and was billed for it. Once I got back to my home town, took the Hummer for oil change at local dealer and they found out air filter was not changed (this is couple of days apart). Contacted the Fountain Service Advisor and was told they will look into the matter (have sent picture of the air filter) but it seems like they dont value the customer service as I never received any confirmation on refund or any updates Would not recommend this dealer to anyone and hope I never have to go back there More

Called Monday and set up appointment for oil change. Had to leave work early to get there.(hours are not condusive to average worker) Was taken to Kristy's office where I was told that they could not do an to leave work early to get there.(hours are not condusive to average worker) Was taken to Kristy's office where I was told that they could not do an oil change that late in the day because her mechanics were getting ready to go home. I explained that I had made an appointment, to which my response was that she didnt have it on her schedule. After making it quite clear by telling me that she had had a bad day she got sombody to do the oil change. When asked if I wanted my tires rotated, (which is part of the package deal) I thought I would give them a break and said no. When asked if I wanted the car washed, I said yes because there was bird droppings on the windows. When the car was done and I when to leave, It was clear that the car wash was done half way, with the bird droppings still on the windows as well as a dirty rag used to wipe the front and rear windows. The only good thing to come out of this visit was that I used the $28 balance that I had on a preferred customer account because I do not have any plans to use their services in the future. My sales receipt also shows a N/C vehical Inspection that I never received. I can only hope that the next dealer to sell me my new 2500 HD GMC to tow my fifthwheel with, will treat me with a little more respect. More
We were on vacation in Florida when some sensor lights flashed on our Acura MDX. Service would not even look at the car because it was 1/2 hr before closing time. We took it back the next morning and were flashed on our Acura MDX. Service would not even look at the car because it was 1/2 hr before closing time. We took it back the next morning and were given estimate of over $1000.00 to repair. Thought price very high but as we were captive audience had no choice but OK the repair. We got a call later from service manager stating that while car up on rack, the mechanic noticed our rear brakes, rotors and calipers were shot and that the brakes had less than 1mm left. We questioned this as they had just been checked before leaving Ohio and the local mechanic said they were fine. We then phoned our mechanic in Ohio who read the written assessment of our brakes before leaving as 6/32" and said it would be almost impossible to wear out that much brake in 1000 miles without noticing something amiss. When we told this to the service manager, he told us we would never make it back to Ohio! Talk about stress! Not only did we make it safely back to ohio without the replacement of the brakes, rotors and calipers, but had our local service manager removed the back brakes, show us the brakes, rotors and calipers and all were fine!!!! We are getting to purchase a new vehicle and it will not be an Acura - this left such a bad taste. More

I've called multiple times throughout the day, different days, etc. i've had my car for 1.5 years and same story every time i've called. For god sake, hire an intern or hourly employee to answer the stupid phone. At least make it seem like you care. Have a human voice tell me a service rep will call back soon. The voicemail right now says "if we dont call you back by the next day, try again because there was a problem". Seriously? More
