As I was contacting a number of dealerships and sales staff in the central Florida area Christopher was in my top 3 to deal with. Mr. Perrott was always friendly and professional and very helpful in call staff in the central Florida area Christopher was in my top 3 to deal with. Mr. Perrott was always friendly and professional and very helpful in calling or texting me with car options as they became available. Some sale people NEVER followed up. Christopher always did..politely and professionally. While Fountain Acura didn't have the car I needed I would look to them in the future as I or my friends have needs. Job well done Mr. Perrott!!! I had a nice experience at Fountain Acura. I was shopping for a used TSX and worked with Jose. Jose was extremely knowledgeable about the tsx and was very low pressure. He answered all my questions and was f for a used TSX and worked with Jose. Jose was extremely knowledgeable about the tsx and was very low pressure. He answered all my questions and was familiar with the car. While they don't list the prices on the used cars on the lot, all the prices are listed online. The price was quite fair, lower than similar vehicles at other Acura dealerships with similar miles/options/etc. However, they do not offer certified pre-owned warrantees which was a little disappointing. They also offered me a fair price for my trade. I told Jose what I was expecting to sell my car for privately, and he offered me nearly that much; saving me the hassle of having to sell it myself. I live an hour away, but Jose was able to do most of the work over the phone. He returned calls promptly; even after the sale as I had some questions a few days later. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. At no time did I feel haggled or pressured at all. More
12/22/14 This was one of the worse experience ever. 12/22/14 This was one of the worse experience ever. This review is based on my opinion and experience only. I'm going to give you the short version 12/22/14 This was one of the worse experience ever. This review is based on my opinion and experience only. I'm going to give you the short version and state the facts. I was in the search of a new vehicle. When I contacted the store I spoke to Luis(the sales person) and he appeared at the time to be nice in my opinion. I attempted to call him back and left a message for him to return my call please. During the wait time someone by the name of Andrew returned my call. So I begin to speak to him about different options in purchasing a new or pre-owned car. He appeared somewhat knowledgable. I decided to come in to purchase a 2014 Mitsubishi Lancer. The numbers were not adding up to me and I needed clarification. I decided to call one of my friends who have had years of experience with car finance. While on the phone Luis is going to pull out his calculator and try to convince me of the number. I tried to explained to him that I'm on the phone with someone who does this. He appeared to get frustrated and walked off. In my opinion that was a great gesture. After going back and forth, we finally came to an agreement on the sale. While the car was being detailed, I was signing the contract to what I believe was going to be a very exciting moment for me. After signing the contract, Andrew states that we're going to drive to the WaWa to fill the car with gas. Which I thought was kind of strange, because when does a customer go with the sales person to fill the tank? This should've already been done. He also informed that I will be getting a call about my service and to give them excellent. Wow. When we arrived back at the car lot to transfer my personal belongings from my Honda Accord to the Lancer Andrew makes a very shocking request. "When the bank calls you, tell them that you make $60,000/year. We had to adjust some numbers to get you the deal. " Every credibility that I believe for this company had just went out the window. I don't make $60,000/yr. To ask a customer to give false information was just unbelievable. This statement bother me all night, because I knew that I wasn't going to give false information yo the bank. That's my integrity. So I decided to do the right thing an return to the dealer to let them know that I didn't feel comfortable given false information to the bank and how can we rectify this so that I didn't have to and continue the deal. Was that the beginning of my nightmare. When I returned to the dealer last than 24 hours, I didn't see anyone in the showroom (where I started at). So I walked out the back door and noticed a female who was smoking and another gentleman. I explained to her that I was looking for Andrew, because I don't feel comforted about what he asked me to do. I explained to her outside(the gentleman had left) about him asking me to lie to the bank. She put her cigarette out and smoke in a strong term voice. "My people don't ask anyone to lie. I don't need you messing up my relationship with the bank. We can just undo the deal and you won't have no deal. " I said, "that's fine too. " So she gets on the phone and begin trying to reach someone. I don't know who that person was. I then asked her, "why are you turning this on me as if I did something wrong?" She continue to defend her worker. During this 5 to 10 minute confusion, Andrew walks in. "Is everything okay?" I said right in front of Carrie(I got her name during this), "I don't feel comfortable lying to the bank that I make $60,00/year. " He said, "that's okay, you don't have to." He admitted this right in the presence of Carrie. Do you think she was apologize? NO. She in the present of Andrew try's to figure out where he got those numbers from. She was very unprofessional in my opinion. I'm saying to myself, "you can punch that calculator all you want you're not going to come up with $60,000." She told Andrew to go pull my application, that she wants to see what I put. He comes, back with my pay stub. She still can't come up with $60,000. She explained to me that she was the sale manger for Buick, which to me it didn't matter. The one that's looking bad right now is Fountain Auto Mall. So Andrew says, "didn't you say that you have a part time job?" I replied, "yes, but that's irrelevant. You said we couldn't include that because I haven't been on the job more than a year." Carrie, then said let me see that. I told her no, because that's irrelevant we didn't add that into the income. She then said about how much is that. I then told her again that that's irrelevant. Her last remarks where, tell the bank the truth. I replied, that's just what I'll do. Remind you, she NEVER apologize that he did asked me to lie. So I kindly told the bank, that I was asked yo lie about my yearly income. I also informed the bank that I do not make $60,000 a year. The bank was very very professional. The bank also informed me that Carrie cannot undo a deal, that an approval is an approval. He confirmed that the dealer put that I made $5000/month. Now, do the math, but I was treated so bad. The bank informed me that the vehicle will not be funded because of the misleading information. So I went down the street to Kia dealer and got approved for a 2014 Kia Soul with the same bank telling the truth. My monthly payments were $25 more. After what I was put through, I had a deal. The customer service was unbelievable awesome. I still have a problem, they haven't asked me to bring their car back and I need yo get my Honda Accord. I didn't want to deal with this company, but I had to. I called Andrew to informed him that I was coming to get my Honda Accord. He started by saying, aren't you a person of your word. You said you were going to purchase the car from us. Why have us to go through all that. I informed him again, that I was coming to get my car and the bank says that the vehicle will not be funded. I had a spare key at home. Something just told me to get the extra key. I didn't won't anything to do with the three of them I called to speak with the manager. I spoke to Kyle who was very kind and professional. I explained to him what took place and he stared that he was unaware of the situation. He then offered to re-do the deal using the correct information. I told him, I wish I would have spoken to him on yesterday. I just don't want to have anything to do with this company. That have really treated me bad. He apologized again and assured me that my Honda will be in the front waiting. While pulling up in the car lot to get my Honda, Andrew calls me and tells me that he just got off the phone with the bank and they told him that the deal was still good. Now, I'm really confused, because I have contact information from the bank. When I go in to get my key Andrew takes off down a hall and tells me yo wait. Remember Luis, he's sitting in an office saying, "gee, calm down. He's going to give you your key. " In my opinion, a very belittling way. I was so over the what I thought was mind games. I took my spare key and got in my Honda ( with no tag) and drove it down the street to the Kia dealer. I prayed the entire way there. Why should I have to go through all this. Remember Carrie, she was there as well. Never once spoke nor tried to help me. It's a front in my opinion, they were all nice when the wanted a sell. Kyle called again and apologized. Asked me to come back to retrieve my personal belongings out of the car an returned the key. So after I finish signing my contract with Kia, I returned to get my personal belonging and returned the key. They had already removed my tag from the Lancer. I spoke to Kyle and Kyle only. He is the only good thing I can speak of. I wanted to take my time and give you as much derail as possible. I wouldn't recommend Fountain Auto Mall to anyone. My experience was horrible. Please do your homework and don't be quick to sign the deal. Good Luck. More
Fountain Acura needs to step up to the plate and treat their customers with royalty, especially folks dishing big bucks to purchase those high end vehicles. They also need to weed out the service guy Dan, their customers with royalty, especially folks dishing big bucks to purchase those high end vehicles. They also need to weed out the service guy Dan, I believe I have his name correct; has no personality, and does not have customer service training. He is the reason for me to go elsewhere for service. I had follow up conversations with three servicemen and the parts person, and had three different stories from them. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing over there. Lastly the dealership in from the 1990's, when compared to other high end dealerships, i.e. waiting room, and overall aesthetics expected of a dealership that sell quality cars. Sutherlin Nissan has a far better operation/facility than Fountain Acura so they should pay them a visit and learn from them. More

We were looking to purchase an Acura MDX and were using a buyer service through a credit union we belong. None of the dealers we were referred to by the buyer service had the car in the color we most desired buyer service through a credit union we belong. None of the dealers we were referred to by the buyer service had the car in the color we most desired, equipped as we wanted. Fountain Acura was not part of the buyer service, but we looked at the inventory Fountain had on their web site since they were the closest Acura dealer to out location. Fountain had one on hand in the color we preferred with the equipment we wanted. We also stumbled upon this Dealerrater web site and saw all the great reviews for Josephine Mancini. To be honest, we were skeptical that these reviews were legit, but we figured we would contact Josephine based on what other stated here and see if she could put together a better deal. Josephine was extremely responsive. Within a an hour of our initial web request, with a few emails and a couple of phone calls, she put together a deal that saved us hundreds of $ over what the buyer service was going to provide us. To be honest I really thought I was wasting my time. This certainly was not the case! Josephine was able to put a substantially better deal together all from the comfort of our home. We would rather have a colonoscopy rather than go through the hours of torture negotiating a deal at any dealership. Josephine understood this and was able to get us in and out very quickly. There were no surprises at all and when we showed up the deal she put together was the deal we signed. There were no hidden extra's, no add ons, no surprises. The business office was backed up because of a "difficult" customer and Josephine went out of her way to get another business office person from another office to handle our final paperwork for us so we could get out. We ended up consummating the deal in under two hours from arrival, including the test drive, cleaning out our trade in, and her taking us to fill up the tank with premium gas. I consider outstanding for today's complex regulatory requirements. I would highly recommend that you contact Josephine! More
