Buyer beware.Very shady dealership. Recently ready to purchase 2019 Acura RDX. Negotiated price with salesperson Juan.We had a cracked windshield on trade in ,we were in process of getting fixed( Needed dealer window since not even 1 year old) . When arrived for pick up tried to get us to sign a”We Owe” paper and wanted us to jump through hoops to get windshield fixed. Wanted us to take new car but leave our plates on old car. Didn’t”sound right. Also when we got there salesperson was not there .”Emergency” then he was at a wedding. He was texting my husband all week haggling over finance rates now he isn”t even there. Then of course the rate and length of loan was not what was promised . We had text from salesperson but no one cared. Then car they had gotten for us did not have the$799.00 pro pack we were told we had to get.Sticker in received car was cheaper than car we had been promised and none of the numbers matched up. Felt totally scammed and disappointed. We loved car and were ther to take delivery . Finance person was very arrogant and made us feel bad because we were not agreeing to newer rates and pricing. Do yourself a favor, take the drive to Fermanagh in Tampa. Had wonderful experience with Jose and dealership and negotiated a better price there. More

The salesman said they did not have the car on premise (2018 MDX Advance) but could locate one at another dealership. We reached an agreement based upon them locating the vehicle. I was asked to make a $500 deposit which would be returned if they were not able to locate a vehicle. They had until the end of the day, Thursday June 14. They were to keep me informed throughout the process. I did not hear from them so on Tuesday evening I called. The salesman said they think they located one - I reiterated the deadline. I heard nothing except for a text to my husband asking if we would take a AWD instead of FWD. I was buying the car but he texted him. I said no. I heard nothing again so on Thursday I called. The salesman said they would not be able to locate the car. I asked when my deposit would be returned to me and he said by 5:00 pm and would email my receipt. I also said that we would buy a 2019 when they came in since it was obvious there were no 2018 and keep me posted. Nothing was done and I called the Sales Manager Friday afternoon. After explaining it all over again he said he would return the deposit and text me when completed. It is Saturday night and still no deposit returned. This is the worst service ever. Don’t trust your money with Fountain Acura in Orlando. More

They are scammers that practice deceiving techniques. I was at the dealership for a simple oil-oil filter change and a four wheel alignment. The service advisor informed that the vehicle has a rear main engine seal leaking. He also added that the oil pump was leaking as well. He quoted $1,600 plus shop supplies and taxes. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. My garage kept 2006 Acura TL has only 55,000 and has been well maintained. We never observed evidence of any oil leak on our garage or drive way. I asked the service advisor if he could show me the leaks. There was oil on the undercarriage but I realized that the oil was new and not coming from the car. They had sprayed new oil over areas of the undercarriage to create the impression of a leak. I asked for them to clean up the areas and proceed with the oil change and wheel alignment. When I droved away $205 later I noticed the car was not aligned. I spoke with service dpt. manager Nestor Diaz whom disrespectfully denied what happened. More
ACURA DOES NOT STAND FOR ACCURATE Had rear view camera replaced since it had minimal color on screen.Anything green was brown, etc. Received the Acura back with same problem. Fountain Acura's response was bring it back in so it can be compared to another new vehicle of same model. Wow, what a solution? Does that mean if other vehicle is free of problem I can keep new vehicle or they swap out the system and another new car buyer gets screwed? Before buying an Acura TLX "Google" the vehicle and you will change your mind on selection. More

First and last time I visit this dealer. When you think Acura you think top notch quality. That they're going to take care of you and your car right. Right off the bat they don't even make a connection with you. I went in there for an oil change. They kept adding things on not even taking I to consideration. I just want an oil change. They just want to rack your bill up and strap you down till you can't turn back. The dealer wasn't even as nice as I thought it would be. It was actually pretty dirty. How are they going to take care of you if they can't take care of their facility. There is no connection between you and the staff. There is no interest to actually help you out. None of the staff was actually considerate. Except the one nice young man in the parts section. Horrible service. More

Treated us like we didn't know what we were doing when in reality there was something wrong with the car. After that, when the car was 6 months old another thing broke. This time they have had it for 26 days because the part is not in. First they tell us they will call by a certain date and never did. When we called they could not give us a straight answer. We had to call Honda America to actually find out more about what was going on. The manager told us he would call us and we are still waiting for his call. More

My service guy was rude as can be and treated me like I was an idiot. The loaner car was filthy and my car was given to me twice dirty as well. They lie to your face and try to convince you that the reason you took it in for is a figment of your imagination. Nothing duplicates itself when the vehicle with them. I won't even take care there for an OIL CHANGE. I've had acura vehicles for a long time. Every dealership has been outstanding. This was just the rudest experience EVER. More

We've actually developed an ongoing saying concerning this Service Department on OBT, Come in for $5.00 part, Leave with $3.00 Customer Service and $1000.00 bill. Please fix this in any way that you can. You have such a great and talented team, don't let them keep getting their ratings lowered by the lowered standard your service Department is working so hard to Maintain. We love our car, but dread having to bring it their for anything. And though we don't mind paying for service, please find an honest team who can give exactly what they promise, and not what suits their paychecks. Perhaps you should just stand around the corner and listen to your future sales plummeting, due to the many customers calling time and time again, trying not to yell at your service department for promises not kept, or things done incorrectly.. Or perhaps you should have someone call and try themselves to get through to your service Department, as it rings with no answer (all day-any day) after 100 rings just to get hung-up on.
