The technicians respond in a friendly and timely manner from the time you call to schedule an appointment as well as keeping you posted on the service being performed on your vehicle. I had several issues, (1) door handle was broken (2) Keys (one needed a battery and the other was sticking) (3) Oil change (4) ordered a remote starter. All were addressed. The environment is a friendly and clean atmosphere. The waiting area is comfortable and the technicians/receptionist go beyond what is normally expected. More

Manufacturers recommended service The dealership is under construction so it was difficult to figure out where to go. I waited in the service lane for 5 minutes and no one came out so The dealership is under construction so it was difficult to figure out where to go. I waited in the service lane for 5 minutes and no one came out so I thought I was in the wrong place and pulled around, got out and tried to figure out where to go in. (1st time at this dealership). There is no place for the customer to sit and discuss what needs to be done. Rick offered me his stool but otherwise the service area is a counter style so the customer needs to stand which can be difficult when you are handicapped. The people I came in contact with were friendly. My service took about 2 hours. I requested they wash the inside of my windshield and back window as I have difficulty reaching them and they did. (Thank you). They didn't try to push additional services, which was nice and they honered competitors coupons, which was good for me. All in all it was a good experience. More
