Badly needs more technicians. Takes a week to get in for an oil change, 3 weeks for an appointment for an issue with brakes, Technicians that don’t know to watch for staggered whe Takes a week to get in for an oil change, 3 weeks for an appointment for an issue with brakes, Technicians that don’t know to watch for staggered wheels when doing a simple tire rotation. On the most recent visit, I’m told that rotors are not covered under warranty when the same issue was covered under warranty prior to this visit. A manager fixed the issue with the warranty and the service advisor Cory said the rotors will be overnighted. The car was dropped off on Wednesday 7/19 and it wasn’t ready until Wednesday 7/26. If not for the manager fixing the issue with the warranty and issuing a loaner car, this would be a 1 star review. The only reason I bring it to the dealership is so they have proof that I keep the car well maintained but the wait times and quality are getting to the point where it’s not worth it. As much as we pay the dealership service centers they should have plenty of well trained technicians. More

We had been researching and looking for the right vehicle for several months. Had been to dealerships from Amarillo to Houston and a few in between. Had some okay experiences and a couple of not so good ex for several months. Had been to dealerships from Amarillo to Houston and a few in between. With my husband's work schedule and other obligations it was difficult to have him visit the dealerships so I was the one going in person to look at and test drive the vehicles. I was in Wichita Falls visiting family and decided to give Foundation Kia a call. I spoke to Ruben who was very kind and accommodating in setting up a test drive. He introduced me to Tom who sat down with me to find out what I was looking for. At this point I wasn't sure which car I wanted to go with. After driving a K5 Tom took the time to listen and asked questions to see if this was the right vehicle for our family. I still wasn't sure and I had another dealership in another town I was scheduled to visit. I didn't feel pressured to buy that day and felt I had a received a lot of good information to help me get closer to a decision. Tom and Ruben we're both very kind and considerate in how they interacted with me. I also received follow up emails and texts with additional information over the next few days from both of them. After visiting a couple of other dealerships I had narrowed down which vehicles we were most interested in. I also kept thinking about how well I was treated at Foundation Kia. I told my husband I really liked this dealership and the people there and if they had the car we were looking for that I preferred to do business with them. Tom stayed in contact with me and he let me know about a couple of Forte's that he had and after some discussion with my husband we decided to purchase the sporty blue Forte with the sport package. Tom communicated with me through phone calls, texts and emails all the details on the vehicle as well as the detailed pricing. Since we live about 250 miles from Wichita Falls, it was so helpful and essential to have great communication between us and the dealership. We were able to complete all the paperwork online and had Tom available for questions during the process. We really appreciated having the ability to do this deal without having to be there in person. We were then able to arrange things so I could pick up the car the next day. Tom had the car ready and detailed for me and after finishing up a few things we were able to sit in the car and set up all of the needed electronic features and talked about a lot of the many features this model has to offer. Tom reassured me that he'd be available for any questions I might have about our new car and showed me how the app worked and about its features. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the features and support that comes with a new KIA. It was refreshing to feel so good about our car buying experience! It can be a stressful process, but it wasn't at Foundation KIA! I will gladly recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to visit Foundation KIA and give my friend Tom a chance to help them find their next ride! More
