This is based completely off the service center and the horrible time I had with them. Bought a 2023 Kia and took it in for a routine 6,000 mile check up and a check engine light. It took 7 WEEKS to get th horrible time I had with them. Bought a 2023 Kia and took it in for a routine 6,000 mile check up and a check engine light. It took 7 WEEKS to get the vehicle back. They didn't know if the the decision would fix the problem but so far it seems to have. We made 2 car payments and 2 payments for Insurance for a vehicle that we didn't even have. The vehicle set in the lot with all the rest of the Kia's They didn't have a loaner car so I had to use/get one on my own. Wouldnt do much more than state they don't have any loaners. They offered to fill my tank up with gas however I drive for work and it's not really any help to try to schedule or try to plan when I was going to get gas instead of basing my decisions off work and my schedule. Cory (my service advisor) did the best he could for what he was given They had 1 Kia tech to work on all the Kia vehicles Naturally they were backed up and it was going to take a while. Not 7 weeks long there was another car with the exact same problem as mine (both brand new). It took them getting Kia's corporate support to help and a couple guesses later it might actually work (not holding my breath). The wife and I were looking about getting her a Telluride after this we ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT buy from them again. More
