Candace was very pleasant and friendly. I'm disappointed that the original issue I brought the car in for was not resolved that day. Digital rear view mirror was malfunctioning and tech did I'm disappointed that the original issue I brought the car in for was not resolved that day. Digital rear view mirror was malfunctioning and tech did not appear to check himself- just ran it through diagnostics and I guess thought it was user error. Candace did go above and beyond to try to solve the issue once I was there to pick it up. More
