I cannot recommend coming here for service of any kind, in fact I'd advise caution in doing so. The Director of Service, Jessica, is the rudest person I've ever met. My family and I called ahead to get in fact I'd advise caution in doing so. The Director of Service, Jessica, is the rudest person I've ever met. My family and I called ahead to get an appointment for a new car key to be programmed. Jessica answered and informed us that we didn't need an appointment and to just come in. The next day we went in, and an advisor informed us that it would take 15 minutes. When Jessica came out to meet us, she told us it would take an hour. I was a little confused by this and asked why the man had given me a different time. Her response was, "Well he lied." Strange response, but okay. Then she precedes to ask me who gave me that estimate, having me point him out... in front of him. I did so, and she visibly sneered at the man and said, "He's new, he doesn't know anything." Then she turned and walked away. As I and the family went to go to the waiting area, Jessica had walked over to the man and began chewing him out, in front of me and all his peers. A little while later, my elderly mother let me know she was hungry and needed to get something to eat, so I went to Jessica, and asked if we could borrow a loaner to grab some food while the keys were being programed. "No. We have no loaners for you." Again, strange, and her tone was rude but I took it that she was just very blunt rather than being malicious. Then she added, "We definitely don't have any cars to loan over getting keys programmed." Then she went back to work. I shrugged, a little irritated in the way I was dismissively treated, but I went back to waiting. When the car was finally done, and I signed the paperwork, I went out to the car only to find out that my key, which had been sitting in my pocket, no longer worked. Back to Jessica I went. She informed me, that the key in mind hand didn't belong to me. I explained that it did, and she just looked at me and said, "You must have stolen it." At this point I'm angry, but I calmly pointed out that the key was in my pocket, it had all my house keys attached, and why would I have stolen a key? It was at this point that she told me that all the keys needed to be with the vehicle when a new one was programed. "So, it's your fault." She said to me. I looked at her with my eyebrows raised and informed her that she never told us that we needed to hand over all our keys, and we already paid for the service. She huffed and told me to come back another day. I asked when, and she said "Just come in." Today, my wife and elderly mother went back to the dealership. They arrived at 12:30pm, only to be informed by Jessica that the Kia people were at lunch until 1pm. At 2pm my mother went to check on the status, only to find out that Jessica had never told the Kia people to do our car. She comes back and tells my mom its going to be another hour, then Jessica goes on to have an argument with my 73 year old mother, where she physically yelled at her. She blamed my mother over not having all the keys in the car originally. When my mom pointed out that Jessica had never told us any of this, Jessica flipped out at my mom. My mom then said, "You're getting a negative review." Jessica's response was a sneer and, "I'm looking forward to it." Before waving my mom off like some kind of peasant. Needless to say, my mom was very angry at being yelled at, being blamed for something that wasn't her fault, and at the way she was treated by a Kia Director. My mom went to speak with the acting manager of the dealership. The manager went to speak with Jessica, and immediately after the car was mysterious finished with all keys working. I don't know why or how someone that rude and malicious could have ever been hired into a Service Director's role, and it seriously makes me question Foundation Kia's leadership if that's the type of person they choose to employ. I have never had this kind of experience at any car dealership, or in any front-facing customer service experience. Ever. More
