Very friendly employees, was greeted in a very friendly matter and attending to as soon as I walked. Was given options and wasn’t sold something I didn’t like. Others force vehicle and extras and that defi matter and attending to as soon as I walked. Was given options and wasn’t sold something I didn’t like. Others force vehicle and extras and that definitely wasn’t the case here! More

From the moment I drive into the dealership, everyone was amazing. I never felt pressure to buy. I was simply supported. amazing. I never felt pressure to buy. I was simply supported. More
The only good review is that there is a new service advisor and he promises he will take care of our ongoing problems. His name is Tommy Gonzalez. He is very polite and we believe he will keep his word advisor and he promises he will take care of our ongoing problems. His name is Tommy Gonzalez. He is very polite and we believe he will keep his word. Jessica is the rudest person we have ever met. She does not care about after sale service. Definitely needs training in personal relations. Will not look you in the eye as she is lying to your face. We are working with Brad Rogers, Tommy Gonzalez, and Tony White. We never want to have any dealings with Jessica again! She needs to work from home. Henry Broadus was the person who is the deciding factor in trading with Foundation when the time comes. We were left in the waiting room 4 hours with no way to get anything to eat He was responsible for getting us a loaner. It was Jessicas place and she informed us we could not have one. She was sending us back to Vernon in our car with no lights of any kind and it was getting dark. A big thank you to Henry, Tony, Brad, and Tommy. We are n our 70’s and she definitely was putting us in an unsafe position. Jessica get a job where you dont have to deal with the public! More
